OPTCL Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2026

Educational Qualification

Management Trainee (Civil): Candidates must have a Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (SC/ST candidates require 50% marks) from a recognized university.

Management Trainee (Law): Candidates must have a Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university or institution.

Junior Management Trainee (Civil): Candidates must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (SC/ST candidates require 50% marks).

Odia Language: Must be able to read, write and speak Odia and have passed Odia in Middle School/Matric/Class VII or equivalent test conducted by BSE Odisha.
